1.) Must be present to win.

 

2.) All prizes will be awarded.

 

3.) 1 fishing ticket per maximum of 2 holes.  You may register as many fish as you want, but only the heaviest fish per contestant will qualify for a competition prize. No contestant will be eligible for more than one competition prize

 

4.) All fish must be registered and weighed.

 

5.) All fish must be caught within the designated contest area.

 

6.) The Aitkin Jaycess is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

7.) All fish must be registered by 3:00 PM

 

8.) The top 25 place prizes are determined by largest weight and time registered. In the event of a tie, the first fish registered takes priority. Any size fish may place in the Top 25.

 

9.) All laws of the State of Minnesota will be abided by.

 

10.) It should be noted that there is a slot limit on Mille Lacs Lake and it will be enforced.

 

11.) All bait fish must be four inches or smaller. Any bait fish over four inches will not be allowed on the ice.

 

12.) Members of the Aitkin Jaycees are ineligible to fish the tournament.

 

13.) Following Items ARE allowed: Heaters, chairs, bait pails, and depth finders

 

14.) Following Items ARE NOT allowed: fish houses and augers

 

15.) The Aitkin Jaycees are not responsible for any injuries or accidents.

 

16.) All items brought into the fishing area are subject to inspection.

 

17.) In the event that not enough fish are caught to fill the top 25 fish, the remainder of the prizes will be drawn from the on-ice donation tickets after the event.  You must be present to win and to claim your prize.

 

18.) The Aitkin Jaycees thank you for supporting our efforts to protect the environment and request that you remove refuse—including cigarette butts—from the ice when you leave. Glass containers are not allowed in contest area and will be confiscated by and forfeited to tournament officials. Waste containers are provided.
